Yet another CNY session at ET's place

It seems like an annual thingy that ET invited us (ex-Deloittes) to his place for drinks and gambling.

But we started off with a DVD session instead which made us laughed our heads off.
What show you must be wondering?

It's IP Man.......

And why the laughing even when the .....some brother.... died?

Because we were watching the 'multilated' English subtitles for the movie instead.
Words like 'ratio', 'quasi-' and 'BE' kept popping out and we were wondering what those words have to do with the movie.

Idoitic translations are like "Fut Shan (Buddha Hill)" is translated as mountain, "Mou Goon (Martial Arts Centre)" is translated as building, "Jang Fan Woon (meaning business competition)" is translated as fight rice bowl, and last but not least, "Yip Mun" is translated as leaf ask.......

Wabbit has just reminded me that "Shun la (Never mind la)" is translated as calculate.....

Laughing aside, the movie is not bad. Everytime, Yip Mun boxed, I just wanna cry out, "Ouch".

It was already 11pm but ET won't let us home before "winning our money". So he spread out his Black Jack table, yes, there is a proper table for it, and we were ready to bet on. I would say I have much luck that day. Without taking out any money for intial bettings, I won quite a bit. I said quite a bit because my stakes are small. If I were to play big, ET will cry....ahahaha.

The session ends at 12.30am and everyone screamed to go home because work is waiting for us the next day.......sigh...reality bites.
